It sounds like you got immediate dentures and since they were fitted before your natural teeth were removed there are a lot of issues with the fit- go back to the dentist and tell them all the things that you are not happy with. Some things can be corrected easily and others take more time and may have to wait for your dentures to be replaced in the future. The mouth piece look should be correctable and may also be due to swelling. Keep going back to the dentist until your issues are resolved- hang in there and take it a day at a time.
