My extractions were on June first and I just had another peice if shrapnel work its way out. Dentist said perfectly normal. just keep some benzodent around cause the buggars are sore while they work thier way out. The first one scared me to death. I am a lot more comfortable with my mouth and denture now and I just numb it up with anbesol and go to work with my eye brow tweezer when the thing breaks thru. Good Luck
