My dentist had me take them out starting the first night. Not a problem for me didn't hurt at all for the first week and as your gums srink it will become easer to take out but the draw back is that it will get harder to keep them in. On week two I had it filled and that was a nightmare. They were so tight that it was very painfull to take it in or out but once in the pain was minor after an hour or so. It took about a week for my gums to shrink and then no more pain taking it in or out. Since the first time getting it filled I have not had that problem. I have a full upper but still have most of my lower for now.
