Karen is giving good advice. Make sure it is not too soon after the extractions, don't want to risk dry socket! I had a full upper & partial lower for 6 years and I had been flipping it up and down for all 6 years! I say "had" because I got my last 6 lowers pulled at 1 PM ET today. So far, so good on not flipping. Of course, I can't fully feel everything yet due to the numbness!
