I just recieved my full set of uppers, but due to swelling in my mouth, my dentist said to use fixodent on my teeth so they won't slide. Not a problem. I put some just on the roof, because I have stiches, and they held in great! Problem is...I can't get them out!
Is there any way to UN-FIX fixodent???? Loosen them up somehow to lessen the hold so I can take them out?

You may know or have tried this trick. I cannot break the suction of my adhesive by pulling down. Put your thumb behind your front teeth and push up and out towards your nose. You will feel the suction release. Sometime I still have to swish warm water for a full pull out. Good luck
