Newbe to dentures

Posted: February 5, 2012 3:42 pm

I still have about 15 or so teeth left, but they are all bad and need pulling.  I'm a big guy but dentists really are scary to me.  I hate the cunching and cracking sounds that pulling teeth make.  Anyway, I'll soon need dentures and i have heard that mini implants are the best way to have reallu secure dentures.  Cost is an issue as I am on social security, but I do have the Cigna dental discount plan {not insurance},  I live from month to month on fixed income so cost is a big issue.  Does anyone have any advise forme as to a plan of action.?
