realize that they are not really false teeth and will not work as such. They are a prothesis that requires relearing everything especially eating. don't worry ..... itr willl happen soon!!!!!!

It will take you a little time, initially you will eat only soft foods, once the healing is done.. you will be able to get your food into the mouth as far as you can and chew with your back teeth.. small pieces only in front, otherwise you will feel some pieces going into the crevice where you can't get out. It takes getting used to them. Once the final relining is done, and the dentist gets your adjustment, your chewing will improve.. takes a little time.. enjoy the mash potatoes, pasta and soft stuff.. little by little you will get better..takes practice.

Just using Fixodent Denture Adhesive. It keeps my dentures in place and to me, makes it easier to eat. Rose
