I am a new denture wearer, I have had them now for 2 wks. From the very start even though I was in much pain due to 8 teeth being extracted, I felt prettier. Before my dentures my teeth were in very bad shape and loose to the point where I was afraid to even bite into a sandwich.

I'm adjusting well to my new dentures, I actually went out for breakfast 3 days ago. I ordered accordingly and ate in small bites, never one time did  I feel uncomfortable. Fixodent has made my transisition much easier due to it's ability to keep my dentures in place. Yayyyyy!!!!

I find myself smiling more, looking at people and interacting more with people since transistioning to dentures. I'm ready to face the world again after too many years of covering my mouth when I laughed or tilting my head down to avoid people seeing my missing and bad teeth.

Would I do it over again? ABSOLUTELY. Be patient, read and learn all you can about adjusting and you'll be just be fine. If you have any problems with fit, by all means go back to your dentist they also want you to be happy. This site here at fixodent will probably answer all the questions you can come up with. And of course there is always the message board.
