Make sure you get the correct information and ask questions, lots of questions. If my dentist would have told me that there would be a problem with the lower dentures I would have kept some in the bottom. I have a hard time keeping the bottom ones in tact and so I have problems eating comfortably. Sure I got a better smile but I'm still depressed with the fact I have to wear dentures, especially when I see older people in their 70's and 80's who stil have their teeth and can eat almost everything. The only people who know I wear dentures are my immediate family. I feel ashamed that I have to wear them, is that right for me to feel that way? I need a support group where I can vent and get info that will make me feel better. Any suggestions?
