Screw-in teeth to hold dentures

I,too, have had a very hard time keeping my bottom full denture in, no matter what I use. I have to remove them to eat or drink because they just float out. As a result, I have lost approx. 50lbs. and have become very self-conscious and don't wear them at all anymore. I haven't heard of the procedure you are referring to but am interested in hearing how you make out (should you decide to do it) with the screw-in teeth to hold your bottom denture in.
