I got a new lower denture (1st time) in Mexico and the Dentist is no longer, I have a small high spot on my denture that rubs. Can I get some very fine sandpaper and sand it myself with no harm to the denture?

Hi Folks,
I to have them and at first I thought my Den. and I was going to have it out, I would try to tell him this way, and he would do it the other way. Si I said the heck with him, I went home and sat in the chair one night when I was alone and went to work, I used everything I could find to operate on my teeth to make them fit right and feel good. Even that inside your head you think peope are just looking straight into your mouth, or at times you think they are, but again it's all in your head,(get it) LOL!! You all take care and Happy Holidays !!!

Actuall yes you can, I began wearing dentures in September and I have filed mine down with emery board (the thin cardboard one's like you use on finger nails.)
