I too am new to dentures, my dentist told me to sleep with them at least the first week to get use to them. Which is easier than I thought it would be.

Me too!  The answer to your question is yes you can sleep with them in.

Hi, Day 7 with my new dentures, my dentist said to sleep with my dentures at night for the first 6 months as much as possible, unless they hurt me then take them out.  I've only been able to do it one night and woke up in pain, had to remove them. Good luck with your new dentures.

Pam
