New to full dentures. full extraction and Beautiful "Mathew McConehey" -grins full upper and lower dentures on 07.14.2010. Marly Matlee has better diction then me and eating is frustration. seeing myself in the mirror is shocking and I feel frustrated. I was in denile thinking I'd walk and talk and go out of the dentist office stopping by Taco time for din din on the way home... not so much. when I eat I am afraid I will swallow my bottom denture whole. Speaking in front of people is stressful. I am NOT PLEASED!!! however! reading that we all go through this and reading your notes. Reading aloud, singing. practicing with soft foods. The use of adhesives available when the sites heal and relining the dentures that will fit great when my mouth heals show that I can Live again. Honestly I was in denile about the learning curve. I do physically feel so incredible. an increase in sharpness of thinking and physical energy is returning to me. my receded and diseased gums and leaky mercury fillings had been poisoning me for far too long.
